Q: Is this product available?

Ans: You may check if products are available or not by checking as following methods

  • 1) if the product is Sold Out, the Sold Out label will appear at the up right corner of the product picture and also the add to cart button will be disabled.
  • 2) if the product is available, the product status will show "In stock". If the product is out of stock, the product status will show "Out of stock"

Q: Do you ship the product to overseas?

Ans: At this moment, we only ship products within Thailand and are not able to ship product internationally. However, we're developing the system to take order from oversea customers and target to finish it soon.

Q: Why didn't I receive order confirmation email?

Ans: The order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your email after you place orders. Please check email in your Inbox or Junk Mail. If you already check both Inbox and Junk Mail and still don't receive order confirmation emails, please contact us at here or Facebook

Q: How can I know the shipping cost?

Ans: You can see the shipping cost once you add products in to your cart. You may also see the shipping cost in your cart.

Q: How can I check the order status?

Ans: Please log in to your account and go to "Order History".

Q: Can I order products by Email?

Ans: Unfortunately we do not accept orders by Email. All the orders must be placed on our website.

Q: Is the dent outer box recognized as a Defect?

Ans: It is not a defect. Any problem that does not affect the item itself, such as scratches, dents, or friction marks etc. on the outer box or package, is not a defect. And it can't be changed or replaced.
